It is OK I love the customers but every experience I've had being an assistant manager. The store managers are not very good ones that I've had. They are never there and they never keep their word or do what they say they're going to do when I was a store manager, I always worked beside my employees

I don't use my compensation package

Working with their employees and training them properly instead of having somebody else train them

The employees or I should say, employee I work with is great willing to learn the customers are awesome and understanding

The DM actually listen to me in my experience that I had he didn't blow me off like most people do
What are some of the best things about your team?
The one employee that I've worked with is willing to learn, and to gain my knowledge everybody I've ever worked with has always been a pleasure to work with except for the store managers due to they're not there and then they expect everything done but we're not given enough time
