Payday, physical labor, the customers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Both need to step back in different ways, one needs to learn accountability and the other needs to learn that someone else's actions and consequences are not their problem
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've interviewed 2 times. The first one my manager helped thru the whole process. The 2nd time the new manager had the asm and me try to figure it out on our own
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Store leadership needs to show up, no excuses. If they can't get to their shift when scheduled then they can't tell ither employees to be on time. 48 hrs is the minimum if they can't hit that then they do t need the position.
