Being leaders. They dont inspire work. They foster an extremely toxic work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are the biggest positive. All of them are very friendly with me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was lied to about my initial hourly pay. Then 3 months later lied to again by my district manager on a raise i was suppose to receive to fix my initial rate of pay.
