Well, my experience with the company I have been in management from 19 to now and only making 13.00 a hr. Plus I got into Family Dollar I worked hard but never get reconstruction for anything I do or have done. I would wonder why the ASM never has a meeting but the SM does that's not correct at all.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying and telling the truth and telling part-time ASM things to tell us. SM needs to tell the Full-time ASM herself not to relay a message
