The company was good 2018 after 2020 the company is hasn't been good at all management it's terrible they don't look out for their workers that work through covid they're taking care of their new workers better than they taking care of the old workers and that's not fair after 5 years

They say all the right things to get you in but they're not telling you the truth about the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get a paid vacation after 5 years I have been told that I wasn't eligible a vacation after 5 years by a DM I would be appreciated appreciate it to be paid for my vacation they make your job very stressful
What makes you most happy at work?
Security in our stores customers are scared to come to my stores because security no security and workers are frightened from the people coming in stealing running out with stuff so security is the biggest problem if the company would if it's invest in security it will make it a lot safer
