They are flexible about assigning shift duties. Everyone has a strength on the team so we work well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers make the store feel like a big part of the community. When we have to close for water or electrical issues, the customers worry and tell us they missed us and the convenience of the neighborhood store. Many customers speak Spanish and they are appreciative of a bilingual cashier.
