Unfortunately, when I think of company culture regarding family dollar, the only positives that come to mind are corporate farmed blanket patronizing statements.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My district manager is reasonable and helpful when assistance is needed. I appreciate candor and acknowledgement of a job well done from the RD
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Family Dollar sets extremely high expectations but doesn't provide enough time to get through all tasks. The blame is placed on disengaged, under paid csrs and ASMs for not putting in adequate performances. It is hard to motivate team members to go the extra mile under poor conditions and low pay.
