Not happy at all as an employee I have been disrespected by the assistant manager I work with and disrespected and yelled at by the district manager because I came to him with my concern

Really honestly the co-workers are awesome it's just really the management team besides the store manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was called straight worthless by my district manager and in front of the line full of customers because my assistant manager says I was too happy and my voice was loud she accused me of being on drugs in front of a line full customers
