Invest in real security systems, music and radios, store repairs, and a full staff. Management should be chosen based on merit (enthusiasm required), not seniority.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The employees come to work in bad spirits everyday. They are not given enough praise and encouragement in their work and have lost interest in pleasing management. Their schedules are irregular and the store is understaffed.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Again, employees are undervalued and in bad spirits. Employees should feel good about their position and simple things like music and air conditioning could improve moral. This company does not encourage employee interaction during work shifts.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The stores don't have adequate air conditioning, breaks rooms, or restrooms. Needed repairs are not done in a timely manner, leaving employees to suffer the consequences. The employees feel overworked and underappreciated creating an unhappy team. Schedules should be regular, too.
