The culture is very laid back and their is a very friendly environment.

communicating, and looking at the overall picture of what actually happens in the store

getting to work on time. more hours for the overall team i can not express that enough more hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the lack of help and the stress of it all. less strain on one person this is a team job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The part were we are having the most trouble is our store is high srink meaning their is a lot of theft going on. Most of the time their is only one person working such as my self because of the lack of hours the company gives us 1 person can not do it all when the store is very busy.
