My team always has outstanding customer service
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It takes money to make money. Stores need more payroll in order to serve the customers at company standards
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When employees feel appreciated & valued they tend to have a more positive attitude about the job they are asked to do. You get what you pay for, so if you only pay your employees minimum wage they tend to do the bare minimum required to keep their job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss (DM) is wonderful. He’s very involved with each of his stores & takes the time to personally get to know each of his store managers & help them . His superiors, however, seem to have no idea what it takes to run/manage a successful store. Inconsiderate & clueless, to say the least!
