Everyone follows the non leadership of the managers. Everyone just did what they wanted no proper issued breaks ECT.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Usually their is mess to clean from the night before, we can open the store for the day. Managers make employees do their part as a team worker an hold the accountable when they do not (write ups)
