More effort needs to be taken to hire employees with cars and modes of transportation to work so they will actually show up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring for their employee's wellbeing and offering them an increase in benefits as well as pay if they are not willing to increase payroll.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the company would allow me to feel human by sending employees from corporate so that I can take a break or use the restroom whenever I am alone at my store because payroll doesn't have enough hours.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Corporate needs to follow the policies they set and make sure they are being followed on a store level. For example, employees should be allowed to take a break and it should be noticed I haven't gotten one or left early in 3 months.
