What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. The store is in shambles, managers actively confront theives and expect others to do so, absolutely no policies are followed/enforced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that min. wage in an environment where you're expected to work as hard as you would in any job that pays considerably better, along with no benefits and co workers constantly on cell phones and not completing their job duties makes for a really poor work environment.
