Down to earth and very easy to get along with. Kind and understanding. They make work more than just a means to get a paycheck!!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have a great team I work with. The managers treat you like family. We take our work seriously but still have fun doing it. Every day is a new adventure!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work long and hard for my managers. I take extra work to fill voids. Some weeks I don't even get a day off. A little more pay would go along way to show appreciation for all the work I put in on a daily basis.
