At the moment every one is not getting along because we need a new manager to come in and get our team proactivity

We was doing very good with one another until we lost our store manager and my opinion They need to bring in a new manager Because there is a lot off conflict going on with other team members

We just lost our store manager and we need some one who knows how to run the store and not put anyone that is working there as manager Because they don't know what they doing and showing favoritism to certain employees and it is causing arguments with other employees
