It took me a month in a half to get an interview so I was just happy I finally got the opportunity

No matter what people hear about the store I can always convince someone to apply. Coworkers are understanding of our situation and they try their best to stick around
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers that come into the store. When they come my manager actually works and spends less time dragging around playing on his phone in the back of the store
