Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because it takes alot out of your well being dealing with customers alone can be stressful. we dont get any real vacation time and the pay is horrible due to the amount of work you do..... its alot harder and way more stressful than fast food yet they get paid more than we do. starting off 14 dollar
