Qther than the two employees that tried to be courteous and helpful to me as well as customers the entire experience was a perfect example of how to ruin a stores reputation.

The entire staff needs to be evaluated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no amount of money that could compensate for the lack of professionalism.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Professionalisms with new and existing employees. The lack of maturity and respect for the employees and customers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The entire process. The management needs to be more prepared and knowledgeable on hiring process. Also being able to explain job details and expectations.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Starting a job a family dollar is not what one would expect. There was no explanation of work being done, that needed to get done, or explanation of expectations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Their is no dignity. Going in to work was a nightmare. In one day I unloaded what seemed like an entire years worth of back stocked drinks, from 20oz to 12 packs, while other employees stood around making jokes and even eating pizza.
