I would say the most positive thing would have to be our customers. They are wonderful, and half the reson why I look forward to coming to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is the customers. They are always vary pleasant and know us all by name. We have alot of regulars that always have nice things to say about the employees and tge store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm an assistant manager for FamilyDollar. I feel VARY under paid. I have bin working for the company for almost 2yrs and there is another ASM under me. She gets paid $4 more dollars then me. All ASMs should get the same amount of pay.
