New hire so I dont have enough experience to give an answer to this. For all the fair, I have also seen its equal in nonsense. It's big business so these things come with it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get paid fairly for a fair days work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more about who I was as a person than the average, robotic standard questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly think that the communication between corporate and the workers in the store needs to be cleaned up dramatically.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, intelligent hard working people that go out of their way to help you learn. From my district manager, down to the newest CSR we respect each other. The Fennimore, WI store is a model for what this company should stand for.
