My customers are the main enjoyment of my shift.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is dedicated and the main focus appears to be the success of the store.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers have no initiative. They know what needs to be done and how to accomplish it. Although, it feels like they wait for someone else to take action.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part, our customers are regulars. When the majority walk in they have no problem joking around with us. We are on a first name basis with most customers which makes our job a little more personal.
