Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Associates do all of the work yet they are not allowed to make returns and not allowed to cash out their own registers even though that is part of the job. The manager does that while telling employees to do jobs like signing for deliveries when we aren't allowed to do that.
