I never liked it from the start. Too much expected from you with too little to work with.

Caring about their employees and not treating them like chess pieces.

Just hoping that someday it will improve. Always trying to stay optimistic.

They can't do much more because their tasks are to numerous with what they have to work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I already knew somebody in management that worked there who I worked with at another business so that helped in getting me hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only working part time with no benefits. Go the jobs of two or three people with limited time to get my assigned tasks completed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get security to help cut down on the shoplifting. Instead of hiring more employees that don't want to work, just give those that do more hours and benefits. Make us happy and we will be happier to come to work.
