Being fare with wages and time. To much favariteism between the DM and SM
People always calling in or switching shifts, leaving other people to pick up the slack
We are a great team when we all communicate and are on the same leval. But I question it at times
I was given a 30 cent raise 4 months ago for overall store performance. After the first of the year my hourly wage went from 13.30 to 14.00. That's because the cost of living in California I should be making 14.30. There was a ASM that left for 6 months came back and was making 13.75hr more then me.
