Treat employees with respect and promote a more positive working environment.
Treat store employees with respect by obeying simple rules such as proper breaks and developing a less antagonistic work environment.
Simply being able to show up for work without being harassed and threatened with termination for not selling enough candy bars for example.
Stop using threats of termination and rather encourage teamwork and develope individual employee skills, catch them doing something right and provide proper support instead of looking for petty discrepancies and verbally degrading them.
My interview was a positive encouraging experience, it was only after beginning work at my store that the experience with store management went down hill, unprofessional, antagonistic behavior is the rule of the day.
