What compensation? I am not allowed to even clock in when we get our truck shipments because we will go over the small amount of hours we are given. I’ve donated more h
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are so many things but I would start at the top! I was told we have loss prevention managers? I would love to know why they are even allowed to collect a paycheck. Our store is the highest for shrink and not once has anyone offered to help us in anyway!
