It started off well. The first DM really was nice and caring but when she got moved to another district or region it kind off went downhill with management from there. The SM only wanted to work up in the register and never wanted to stock or receive the truck

Some of the customers and co-workes make me happy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
better management, hire more workers, stores need more hours, the store should have more than one employee working at all times!!!!!!!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The other CSR's and 2 of the ASM were nice and were always willing to help each other. It was just the DM, SM, and one ASM that made life miserable. DM always went in a bad mood cussing us out, sometimes in front of customers.
