Many ways in my eyes/ don't have that much time
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have really never checked it out in detail because I go to school, also. Does it include college scholarships?
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe that the company's culture is different within each store but there is no connection between corporate and employee level.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They could dress and act more professional. It's not my coworkers fault that there is not enough hours given for the amount of work that needs done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What leadership team? There is no proper training which you then have different people telling you different ways of doing things. I am also concerned with Family Dollar's corporate social responsibility to our environment. The amount of plastic discarded into the garbage is overwhelming.
