What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its just emotionally draining I'm alone for about 2 hours a day 2 or 3 days a week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work all the time they wanted me to work 7 days a week open to close and when I requested a day off they tryed to gilt me into coming in that day I work 6 days a week now and will still get calls on my day off
