I have worked at store 5317 for right now 3 years. Every summer you can't breath in the store. Its so bad our candy bars are melting. Customers say they want come back. Guys this is not fair we work so hard and this is how you repay us?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if it wasn't so hot in store 5317 I would feel alot better about working for this company. And to be a ASM and don't even get laid 11 and hour when Wendy's and McDonald's is hiring at 11 dollars an hour. I have been here 3 years and still haven't hit 11. Thats not right at all.
