The people are great. It's just insane that they don't give breaks to employees. Rest breaks should be required for any shift lasting 5+ hours, and Assistant Managers working 7+ hours should be given at least two rest breaks. Working freight constantly requires rest breaks.

I like helping members of my community.

The small town vibe is obvious here. Everyone is friendly.

The people I work with are courteous, pleasant, and willing to help at any moment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My store manager was honest and straight to the point about the job, requirements, and what was offered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is barely above minimum wage, part time doesn't offer the option of benefits, and we don't get rest breaks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management in my store is comprised of a group of people who are pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable. My only issue is with the complete lack of rest breaks.
