I was suddenly fired today for leaving after my closing shift and not waiting to walk out together. I hadnt received 1disciplinary write up or warning of ANY kind before and even had permission from the mgr on duty. I STRONGLY feel that I was unfairly let go instead of given a chance to correct this

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Adhering to a disciplinary hierarchy that includes a verbal reprimand first THEN a written one THEN suspension THEN termination. Especially for things that were misunderstanding about policy that happened ONCE.
