Upper management isn't good. Workers are overworked and underpaid. Sometimes even your own boss can make your life hell. They don't seem to care WHO they hire, or HOW they treat their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at all. Working here has been terrible for my mental health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if we were paid more and treated fairly. We should not have to live and die for this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team isn't trustworthy and they would all stab my back if they could. However I have one coworker who makes the day easier. The time goes by faster and without them work would be most enjoyable.
