Wages are very low: $8.75/hr.for a cashier, versus a local MacDonalds, with starting pay at $12/hr. No fast food places in my area pay less than $10/hr. Stores are understaffed, dirty and overcrowded with merchandise. Videol loss prevention useless unless someone watches monitors constantly.

Pay is VERY low: 8.75/hr. vs. 10 at fast food places.

Manager is a hard worker but with store being understaffed it is difficult for her and staff to keep up with work.
