One of the worst companies I ever worked for. There is absolutely no care, compassion, or respect for workers. Even bringing up concerns is a hassle since nobody will step in a do anything about it. Management is a joke.

Everything. Actually following procedures and doing their work without being petty and childish about it.

I felt taken advantage of whilst others were slacking off, getting better pay and hours.

Stop taking advantage of people who are willing to work and stop hiring or start letting go of those who don't
