Refused to go to work due to mask mandate and employers forcing vaccination card . Needless to say they also won't fix there ceiling which has electrical wires and water pouring out of ceiling into buckets

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people honestly I enjoy my customers I really do some can be difficult but most are reasonable and decent people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fix our store roof is leaking barely any products coming in besides toilet paper and women's products and junk food better leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well they need to quit excluding me from chat and need to be reliable and show up on time which a lot of managers can't do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It needs order and the store is badly in need of repairs at 6670 ridge road FL 34668 not to mention higher pay and quality leadership .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's 9.50 a hour they got me unloading truck putting two uboats away and sweeping and mopping and cashiering basically doing three jobs for one salary plus store is following apart I think the store needs better stock and better pay and needs repairs and when I say stock I mean consumer goods.
