I like mine and my store managers leadership but not the DM or corporate in general they need step up and help their employees before they have none
Most of us are like family other then the newbies who dont stay cause to much work not enough pay but I love my team only reason I havent quit
Like said to much to do not enough time to do it and we all so tired it's hard to make it a great experience due to lack of associates
If family dollar CEOs and Cofounders step up and figure a way to help us hire so we have time off by upping starting wage or something cause all employees are becoming burnt out and want to just lock doors and show how important employees are for their company
