Executive Bio
Matthew is a born entrepreneur and has been a part of the outsourcing industry for more than 25 years. Prior to co-founding FCR in 2005, Matthew co-founded an insurance startup and was the VP of Business Development for a $4 billion multinational outsource provider. He also previously served as the EVP of Sales for a mid-sized domestic-based outsourcer. Matthew has worked in a wide range of industries, including outsourcing, software, insurance, fintech, high-tech, and IVR technology. He is a firm believer in giving people the tools they need to succeed and then getting out of the way. Matthew enjoys snowboarding, soccer, good literature, listening to the Grateful Dead, and eating well. He is also passionate about Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, and blockchain-based technologies and their respective impacts on the global economy. He currently resides in Seattle with his wife Deb, two sons Henry and Lewis, and Goldendoodle Charlie.
