Executive Bio
Taylor joined FCR as a Sales Executive in January 2010. He assumed the role of Vice President of Sales in September of 2014 before moving into his current role as the EVP of Sales and Marketing. He has been an invaluable resource to FCR, leading the sales team through periods of phenomenal growth and expansion. Taylor has built a team of some of the best and brightest Sales Executives in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, pushing FCR’s sales to new heights. Before joining FCR, Taylor held various Sales and Marketing positions for companies that include Cbeyond, RuffaloCODY, and Microsoft. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University. When he’s not working to expand FCR’s footprint, Taylor enjoys aviation, art, and hiking in his free time. He currently resides in the Seattle area.
