they are available to speak with most of the time, seem to have a great plan on growth of the company

we seem to look at what is happening culturally and try to make some changes, I don't always agree with the changes

this year has been very different as I was with out a manager for a long period of time, we managed to continue the hiring goals but had some interference that was very uncomfortable
