Very good, I thoroughly enjoy my job - the only thing that I feel would be helpful is a clear guide in to what my progression looks like at FADV, I am aware I need to path that way - but an indication of what is possible would be great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing a good job and seeing the rewards of that!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the company is invested in looking at and making the changes where they need to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work along side the leadership team daily, they are truly driven to making sure EMEA is pushing itself to be the very best, they are also invested in the people and looking at how we can improve on engagement and retention.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly supportive, always open to hearing one another's thoughts and ideas - we have a very interactive team, my manager is oversea and I wouldn't know that - I have regular communication with them throughout the week, being virtual has really made no difference at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued is the wrong word, I do feel valued in the work that I am doing, my manager is fantastic and incredibly supportive - the market is incredibly buoyant at the moment and I am aware that the role that I do here in FADV is paid at a much higher rate elsewhere.
