The enthusiasm for change and growth. The opportunities to learn about different functions of the business and the different cultures in our diverse workforce.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyone is responsible for ensuring employees are valued and appreciated to give credit where it's due. If JDs were re-priced as roles evolved, I feel employees would become more satisfied with compensation.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being motivated to improve our business one day at a time. Whether it be through improving systems, processes, building relationships, seeking opportunities and resolving issues, it all leads to client satisfaction and employee happiness in the workplace.
