With the continuous inflation that is happening nowadays, it would be a great help if we could add our aging parents in our health insurance. Healthcare is very expensive in the country that I am from, and we are struggling to pay for our parent's medical needs.
My team's collaboration is really great. We understand the needs of each other. We have a great teamwork, to the point that we know what our teammate needs even before we ask for it. We also enjoy talking to each other and we have the same interests and goals.
Our team knows if one of us needs help without actually asking for help. If a task is given to us, we know the best qualities of each team member so there is no need to delegate the task, we voluntarily do it and then collaborate with each other for excellent results.
For our team, I can speak comfortably to my manager without judgements. My manager knows the right words to say and balances out the emotions vs what needs to be done. Our efforts are being recognized and no one takes credit alone, it is always by the team, and for the team.
