My team is like a family to me, so groom with team is life long target which everyday I have been trying to challenge, and we have become better managed, interoperable and sustainable model to run team like this. There will definitely be more as outcome to work with the team/family in the future.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The system of middle level needs further development and catch up to market competitiveness. With current expansion in FA business, there will be more individual based employee/contributor than standard band/level that could attract or attain talents.
