Neutral. We say we are a global company, but we don't act like one. Resources are only available in the US. If you need something outside the US, you are in trouble.

I feel you are treated fairly, and the work is challenging. I have freedom to "color outside the lines" in effort to satisfy my clients. And that makes me very happy.

Transparency and availability. I know that I have access to them and I feel they are there to help.

Flexibility....there is no one right way to make a client happy. You have to be nimble and make things happen.

My Business Services team works very, very well together. We are extremely collaborative and anyone will do whatever it takes to help one another.

It seems we have a clear goal, and we are given the tools necessary to execute while still have the flexibility to color outside the lines.
