The company has grown over the past 6 years. The people are what originally kept me at my company. I love the culture and the people I work. Now, I feel like we have leadership that can really drive success. I've seen that since our new CEO, Scott Staples came on a few years ago

I've worked at my company for 7-8 years, and overall I would say my experience has been positive. Our CEO Scott Staples has done a fantastic job at leading our executive leaders, truly transforming us to a innovative product organization. I haven't left because of the people and security at FA.

Healthcare & Vision options. Dental options. 401k plan (though the match rate is low). PTO policy is good.

The executive leadership team is easy to connect with, available, and always happy to help. They listen to employees, to clients, and they adapt and adjust.

They are friendly, always willing to help, and gracious with their time. Everyone wants everyone else to succeed. I love that my coworkers are willing to lend a hand.

Collaboration is key at our company, and everyone is willing to help with a positive attitude. It's easy to grab time on calendars, and the environment is built in a way that sets you up for success!

A culture that empowers one another to succeed and help our clients. It's easy to set up meetings with people across all levels throughout the organization. Everyone is willing to jump on calls to help and collaborate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In Customer Success, we get paid a bonus on a quarterly and/or annual basis. Having the opportunity to earn my full bonus at the end of the year or quarterly if goals are met by each quarter is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are knowledgeable, available, and engaging with both clients and internal resources. As an account manager, I get quick responses from our C suite and executive team. I'm always amazed by how in tune they are with the rest of the org.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at First Advantage are great to work with. Everyone is willing to help and has a positive outlook. Leadership is approachable, personable, and effective. Our Executives regularly stay in contact with customers and customer feedback to help guide the direction of the business.
