Problem-solving. Pressing for new and innovative ways to solve client problems.

Competitive market analysis should be completed and employees brought to current market salaries.

Collaboration and investment in the organization and success of our clients and First Advantage.

The leadership team at First Advantage is accessible to employees and open to discussing ideas and concerns.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Executive leaders are not only willing to speak with "lower level" employees, but they encourage the interactions and dialogue.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm most happy to see employees develop and watching their transformation as they navigate the industry changes/trends and provide valuable support to our clients.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The variable compensation package for revenue-generating roles seems to be competitive. Also, the opportunity to be recognized as a top performer at the annual President's Club trip is an added benefit.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The First Advantage leadership team demonstrates a true care of the people that work here. This was seen repeatedly during the early days of the pandemic when they did all they could to retain team members though financial outlook was uncertain.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is diverse in many ways, including age, gender, ethnicity, geographic location and professional experiences. In addition, the team is open to exchanging ideas, successes and failures with one another. The diversity and openness creates an environment built for success & professional growth.
