Do an role analysis across other companies to ensure the salary is in line with similar roles. Offer/provide performance bonus, and/or company bonus.

Provide pay raises other then the standard merit increase. Provide bonuses to those employees who aren't on a commission structure for the hard (if not harder) work we do to help FA be successful.
