Most of them are very nice people and willing to make time for you no matter how busy they are.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel valued by my boss and my team! They are always supportive and uplifting. Would like some more transparency about 'perks' (Cost of living raise? Bonus? general company perks?)
